The PositionWe are looking for a dynamic and proven Sales Commercial Manager to lead our business expansion across Spain. If you are passionate about Digital Marketing and have an exceptional ability to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, we want to hear from you
You will join us as a key growth engine. Your primary mission will be to meet and exceed new business targets by leading the sales strategy and developing high-impact proposals that address our clients' actual needs.
As a leader, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team, ensuring they have the tools and coaching needed to excel. Furthermore, you will act as a polished and credible brand ambassador, representing the agency's expertise and values in all key interactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new clients
- Pitching digital marketing solutions that address client needs
- Actively prospecting to create new business opportunities
- Lead the creation and development of high-impact presentation decks (e.g., strategic proposals, performance reviews, quarterly business reviews) for both internal leadership and external client stakeholders.
- Act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions, showcasing the agency's expertise, values, and services to build trust and credibility.
- Maintain direct and consistent contact with the internal Marketing Team and all Departmental Heads to ensure strategic alignment and support the successful execution of client projects.
- Adhere to internal sales processes.
- CRM management, reporting, compliance and contract production
- Manage and mentor a high performing sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Lead by example in driving team motivation, innovation, and accountability.
- Ensure the team follows the agency's sales processes, best practices, and compliance measures, while monitoring performance to ensure revenue targets and business objectives are consistently met or exceeded.

- Relationship Focus: A commitment to building and nurturing long-term client partnerships that drive recurring business and enhance the agency's reputation.
- You demonstrate autonomy and ownership over the entire sales cycle, ensuring strict adherence to internal sales processes, documentation, and contract compliance.
Your profile
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive sales experience, with a mandatory minimum of 2 years operating within the Digital Marketing Agency industry.
- Proven expertise in the core digital marketing disciplines (e.g., Performance Marketing, Media, SEO, SEM, Programmatic Display, Social Media, Content Strategy, Analytics, Data, UX/Web Development).
- CRM System Proficiency: Expertise in managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting using major CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and present professional partnership proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and commercial contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in the creation and development of high-impact presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing and developing at least one direct report, including performance monitoring against revenue goals.
- Sound understanding of the Southern European and specific Spanish online advertising industry (knowledge of the underlying technology, major tech providers, agencies landscape, and online media buying & selling processes, including the programmatic buying landscape).
- Fluent in Spanish and excellent knowledge of business English (Portuguese & Italian are a plus).
