DGM Mecánica busca Asesor/a de Servicio – Recepción de Taller en Las Palmas

¿Eres una persona organizada, con don de gentes y pasión por el mundo del motor?

En DGM Mecánica, taller miembro de la red EuroTaller, buscamos un Asesor/a de Servicio para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Tu misión será ser el puente entre el cliente y el taller, garantizando una experiencia de servicio excepcional, orden, eficiencia y una comunicación clara con el equipo técnico.

Lo que harás:


• Atender y asesorar a los clientes de forma profesional y cercana.


• Gestionar citas, presupuestos y entregas de vehículos.


• Coordinar la planificación del taller junto al equipo técnico.


• Realizar seguimiento y fidelización de clientes.


• Participar en la mejora continua de la experiencia cliente.

Buscamos a alguien con:


• Experiencia previa en recepción o asesoría de servicio (preferible en taller o sector automoción).


• Conocimientos básicos de mecánica y diagnosis.


• Actitud positiva, empatía y alta orientación al cliente.


• Capacidad para trabajar bajo planificación y con orden.


• Ganas de crecer en una empresa en expansión.
