Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Conduct account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction before renewals and address issues with internal teams.
  • Pipeline Validation: Qualify and validate the renewal pipeline in SFDC for accurate forecasting.
  • Quote Development: Efficiently create and manage customer quotes using the Renewal Quoting tool.
  • Quota Achievement: Achieve bookings quotas and retention targets through proactive customer engagement.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about Check Point solutions and competitive positioning to convey value to customers.

Qualifications

  • Over 2 years of experience in Renewals or Sales with a solid understanding of renewal processes.
  • Proven success in meeting quotas and renewal metrics.
  • Proficient in forecasting, MS Office, and familiar with SFDC (Clari and Exceed a plus).
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, organized, and a strong team player.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish & Portuguese
