Buscamos perfil de venta consultiva b2b, hunter para empresa tecnológica consolidada en Barcelona.

Funciones:

  • Captar activamente nuevas cuentas y aperturar grandes oportunidades comerciales en España, enfocándote siempre en clientes b2b y priorizando la generación constante de nuevo negocio.
  • Gestionar todo el proceso comercial: identificar leads, cualificarlos, llevarlos a través del pipeline en CRM, negociar a alto nivel y cerrar acuerdos relevantes.
  • Adoptar un enfoque de venta consultiva, profundizando en la realidad de cada cliente para entender a fondo sus necesidades y proponer soluciones a medida.
  • Superar objetivos mensuales, impulsando el crecimiento de la empresa de forma directa y medible.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales eficientes, anticipándote a los retos del mercado.


Perfil:

  • Al menos 3-4 años de experiencia en ventas B2B en entorno saas-tech preferentemente con grandes cuentas.
  • Red de contactos relevante en e-commerce B2B..
  • Castellano Billingüe, dominio alto de inglés.
  • Mentalidad hunter: proactividad, energía, pasión comercial, resiliencia y orientación a resultados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, consultoría y negociación.
  • Muy organizado/a, autónomo/a y con gran capacidad para priorizar y ejecutar.
  • Residencia en Barcelona o disponibilidad para trasladarse. (Opción 2 dias telework)
