Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director, EMEA, based in our corporate offices in Madrid. The Sales Director will manage B2B relationships with luxury travel agencies and partners, oversee regional sales operations, lead and manage the sales team, and drive business development initiatives to achieve growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The role also requires collaboration with various departments to drive performance and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong skills in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Expertise in Customer Service and providing an excellent client experience
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management, including motivating and mentoring a sales team
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Experience in health, wellness, and luxury hospitality industries
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required
