Country Sales Director

Desde WExecutive estamos buscando un Country Sales Manager para España en una firma internacional de gestión de inversiones. Será la persona responsable de liderar la estrategia comercial en el mercado español, con el doble objetivo de atraer y consolidar clientes de alto patrimonio y desarrollar el equipo local de ventas, reportando directamente a la Dirección Europea en Londres.

La persona seleccionada podrá residir en cualquier punto de España, con preferencia por Madrid o Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

  • Asumir la responsabilidad directa sobre los resultados comerciales en España.
  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de expansión y consolidación en el mercado español.
  • Liderar la captación y desarrollo de clientes de alto patrimonio, identificando oportunidades de negocio y alianzas estratégicas.
  • Representar a la firma en foros e instituciones financieras relevantes, posicionando la marca como referente en el sector.
  • Construir, gestionar y hacer crecer el equipo comercial local, impulsando su rendimiento y garantizando un alto estándar de servicio al cliente.

Perfil buscado (H/M/D)

  • Experiencia contrastada en desarrollo de negocio en banca privada, gestión patrimonial o servicios financieros.
  • Trayectoria demostrada en la captación y fidelización de clientes de alto patrimonio.
  • Experiencia sólida en liderazgo de equipos comerciales y gestión de resultados.
  • Mentalidad estratégica, orientación a objetivos y fuertes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Inglés fluido imprescindible; otros idiomas europeos valorables.
