• Identify, approach, and develop key accounts with an annual spend potential exceeding €300K.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across retail, private label, multi-level marketing, social-selling and e-commerce sectors.
• Drive new business by understanding the market trends and demands, and introducing TCI's product concepts and solutions to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project management, product design, R&D, regulatory, and marketing) to ensure project success.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth business opportunities.
• Represent TCI at trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings in Iberia and internationally.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Number of new key accounts secured annually.
• Value of new product orders from existing and new key accounts.
• Year-on-year growth in total order value within Iberia.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or key account management within the dietary supplement CDMO/CMO or ingredient industry.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing large accounts with an annual spend over €300K.
• In-depth understanding of the Spanish and Portuguese dietary supplement markets and established industry connections.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Spain, Portugal, and to other European countries.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (Portuguese proficiency is an advantage but not required).
What We Offer:
• A dynamic, multicultural, and international working environment.
• Opportunities for professional development and career growth across TCI's global platform.
• The chance to play a key role in shaping TCI's growth in Southern Europe.
