About The Job
As part of the Allianz Technology Data Office, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced Data Program Delivery Lead to drive the execution of our global data strategy. In this critical hands-on role, you will oversee the delivery of high impact Data & AI initiatives that shape how data is managed, governed and consumed throughout the organization. If you are passionate about data and have a proven track record of delivering complex global programs and impactful data solutions, this role is for you.

What You Do

• Lead and orchestrate the end‑to‑end delivery of a cross-functional data strategy
• Shape requirements for observability, supportability, and operational robustness in production environments.
• Define and track success metrics (adoption, efficiency, risk reduction, user satisfaction).
• Identify and manage risks across technical, operational, and regulatory dimensions.
• Communicate progress and risks effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Provide analytical insights to support business planning and transformation efforts.
• Engage senior leaders to ensure alignment and support for major data programs.

What You Bring

• 10+ years delivering Data/AI or Technology programs in large, regulated, or enterprise environments, with a proven track record of successful end‑to‑end delivery and leadership experience.
• Deep, practical experience moving Data & AI solutions from concept to production and adoption.
• Strong knowledge of modern data and AI technologies, platforms, and tools, including expertise with Microsoft cloud services, Databricks, Python, ML libraries, and Power BI experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management across all technical and non‑technical levels.
• A team player, with a structured, outcome‑focused mindset with strong ownership and delivery discipline.
• Clear communication and ability to simplify complex Data & AI Topics.
