Digital
Account and Project Manager
to join our team in an international insurance project.

Location:
Barcelona, hybrid (1day in the office).

You will:

  • Manage all phases of multiple Creative, Marketing, Digital, and CX projects for a variety of internal Business Units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding each market's business needs, challenges, and success drivers.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all required resources to ensure efficient integration and team productivity.
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope while adhering to brand guidelines, quality standards, and internal processes.
  • Serve as the main contact for internal clients and teams regarding deliverables, timelines, risks, and overall project status.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, estimates, schedules, and status reports throughout the lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Provide strategic insights and help refine briefs to align with business objectives and maximize impact.
  • Identify opportunities to expand internal accounts and support the growth of the Studio's services.
  • Support proposals, presentations, and continuous improvement initiatives while staying current with creative and digital trends.

You should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in account or project management, ideally in a creative, design, CX, or digital environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, CX, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing both creative and technical/CX-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of creative and design processes (Service Design, Human-Centered Design, UX/UI, branding, digital content, marketing).
  • Excellent project management capabilities with ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Command of project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, ) and ability to structure clear processes.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate multicultural environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset, high accountability, and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Full proficiency in German, Spanish, and English (spoken and written). Swiss German is a strong plus.
