At Gammaux, we are looking for an
Account & Project Manager
for a strategic project with a leading financial services and insurance client. You will manage and nurture internal client relationships, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes across creative, marketing, and customer-experience initiatives.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing both creative and technical/CX projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, navigating strategic and operational details, and communicating confidently across multiple languages and cultures.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Share updates, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across creative, digital, marketing and CX initiatives.
- Oversee planning, timelines, resources, budgets, documentation and risk management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, CX, development, copywriting, production) to ensure smooth execution.
- Keep projects on time, on budget and aligned with brand and quality standards.
- Identify risks early and propose actionable solutions.
- Use PM and AI-assisted tools to optimise workflows and visibility.
- Support Business Units in shaping project briefs and ensuring feasibility.
- Provide strategic recommendations to maximise the impact of creative and CX initiatives.
- Guarantee consistency in brand, quality standards and best practices across all deliverables.
- Detect opportunities to expand internal accounts with new services.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations and internal pitches.
- Support continuous improvement by optimising processes and staying updated on industry trends.
- Coordinate with external partners when needed.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Based in Barcelona (hybrid).
- Full professional proficiency in German and English (written & spoken). Swiss German and Spanish is a strong plus.
- 5+ years in account or project management, ideally within creative, design, CX or digital environments.
- Proven track record managing both creative and technical/CX projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of Service Design, Human-Centered Design, UX/UI, branding and digital content.
- Excellent project management skills and experience with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, ).
- Ability to structure clear processes, prioritize multiple workstreams and drive results.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and multicultural teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, client-centric and comfortable driving business development initiatives internally.
