About the Role
Join our team in Barcelona and support an exciting digital marketing project that helps companies grow.
Were looking for someone who understands the German market, can build strong relationships with high-potential tech companies, and help them use our product effectively while reducing churn and spotting growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
As an Accout Manager , you will act as a trusted advisor for German businesses, helping them optimize their digital advertising campaigns. Your role will have a direct impact on their success, as you work towards sales targets while contributing to the expansion of the client's customer base across EMEA.
- Guide newly onboarded clients through the setup process and creating effective PPC campaigns for their digital marketing needs.
- Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email, building long-term partnerships Identify each customers goals and offer solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Build strategic, performance-focused campaigns aimed at delivering quick results and long-term success.
- Drive revenue by encouraging increased ad spend and upselling campaign options.
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date within the database.
- Manage a high volume of daily outreach to potential clients via phone.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus).
- Fluent German (C2) proficiency in both German and English.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in client-facing roles with high responsibility.
- Proven ability to work independently and consistently deliver strong results.
- Hands-on experience managing client relationships and optimizing CRM processes.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work and applying insights to customize communication.
- Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
Benefits
- Competitive salary: Full-time hybrid role in Barcelona €24,310 gross per year (based on experience)
- Sales bonus package: Up to €3,000 - €4,290 gross per year
