¿A quién buscamos?

Buscamos un/a Digital Project Manager apasionado y creativo para unirse a nuestro equipo en Barcelona y liderar proyectos digitales estratégicos para uno de nuestros clientes del sector bancario.

Tareas
  • Responsable de campañas de comunicación dirigidas a clientes, con foco en venta y engagement. Entorno 100% digital.
  • Reporting y seguimiento de los resultados de conversión de las campañas y KPIs de ventas así como del plan de acción y estrategia digital.
  • Análisis del Customer Journey omnicanal del cliente, obteniendo el comportamiento y feedback del cliente tanto con variables cuantitativas como cualitativas.
  • Identificación de oportunidades de mejora así como de un plan de acción para optimizar la conversión de campañas.
  • Definición de dashboards y seguimientos adhoc que analicen KPIs para un preciso control de las campañas.
  • Coordinación con los principales stakeholders: áreas de negocio/producto, marketing, UX, tecnología, BI, diseñadores y agencias creativas
  • Orientación 100% a resultados. Con visión de negocio.
  • Gran capacidad de análisis de mercado para detectar oportunidades, tendencias y nuevas líneas de negocio.
Requisitos
  • Titulación universitaria finalizada.
  • Experiencia demostrada en marketing online y gestión de campañas.
  • Capacidad organizativa y de trabajar con orientación a cliente interno/externo, y a resultados.
  • Buenas dotes de comunicación, discurso estructurado e influencia.
  • Deseable buen nivel de inglés.
  • Visión estratégica, adaptabilidad y flexibilidad.
