Onboarding Account Manager – Digital Marketing Ads | Multilingual | Barcelona (Hybrid)

We're looking for Onboarding Account Managers who enjoy client interaction, digital marketing, and performance-driven work in a tech-focused environment.

This role focuses on onboarding new clients, launching their first ad campaigns, and ensuring early success, while identifying growth opportunities.

We are hiring native / C2 speakers of:

German | Danish | Dutch | Hebrew

English C1+ required

What You'll Do


• Onboard new clients and guide them through their first digital ad campaigns


• Set up and optimize PPC / digital advertising campaigns


• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals and offering tailored solutions


• Drive campaign performance, increase spend, and identify upsell opportunities


• Handle outbound calls and manage daily client communication


• Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights

What We're Looking For


• 20+ months of experience in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing roles


• Strong interest in online advertising and performance marketing


• Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and CRM tools


• Clear communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset


• Ability to work independently and within a team
