Buscamos a un profesional del sector turismo; alguien que realmente disfrute las ventas, la atención al cliente y quiera crecer su carrera en esta industria; para el puesto de Sales Operations Executive.
¿Tu misión? Ser el motor operativo que impulsa el éxito de nuestras ventas B2B y B2C en España y Portugal. Gestionarás el ciclo completo de operaciones de viaje, desde la solicitud inbound hasta la entrega final, asegurando que cada cliente reciba una experiencia impecable.

Tus Responsabilidades (Key Responsibilities)
- Operaciones de Viaje B2C & B2B
Gestionar solicitudes inbound de viaje para clientes de negocios y ocio que llegan a España.
Trabajar directamente con agencias de viajes, tour operadores y partners internacionales.
Coordinar el ciclo completo del viaje: solicitud – pricing – reserva – pago – ejecución – cierre.
- GDS & Ejecución de Propuestas
Crear itinerarios, reservas y cotizaciones usando Amadeus GDS (obligatorio).
Preparar propuestas, presupuestos, confirmaciones y documentación de viaje de forma rápida y precisa.
- Soporte Comercial & Aceleración de Deals
Dar soporte a los KAMs convirtiendo hilos caóticos o información incompleta en propuestas estructuradas.
Aportar valor detectando objeciones, riesgos o detalles faltantes desde el inicio.
- CRM & Precisión de Datos
Mantener todas las interacciones con clientes, notas, documentos y etapas del deal en el CRM.
Asegurar que ningún lead, negociación o acción pendiente quede sin seguimiento.
- Excelencia Operativa
Identificar cuellos de botella (ej.: retrasos de proveedores, errores en documentación).
Mejorar procesos de forma proactiva para reducir fricción y aumentar la velocidad de cierre.
Quién Eres
Más de 2 años en operaciones de viajes, TMC backoffice, soporte de ventas hoteleras o similar.
Dominio de Amadeus GDS (must-have).
Inglés B2+ (debes gestionar interacciones con clientes internacionales).
Buen manejo de Excel + CRM (te encantan los sistemas organizados).
Calma, estructura y resiliencia, sabes gestionar la frustración.
Te gusta trabajar en culturas cercanas y tipo "familia", donde la gente realmente disfruta trabajar junta.
