We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Performance team as a Sales Operations Analyst, based in our Madrid Office on a 12-month fixed term basis, with the opportunity to become permanent.

The Moove Group is already a leading provider of automotive and industrial lubricants, oils, and chemicals throughout the UK, Europe, the Americas and growing fast. Under the Brazilian owned Cosan Group, the organisation is a Global provider of Energy and Logistics.

Our Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in enabling sales performance through data, insight and strong operational processes across our European countries organisation.

As our Sales Operations Analyst you will be supporting our Sales teams by managing non-selling activities such as pipeline management, planning and forecasting, internal and external data analysis and sales governance. Your work will directly improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making—allowing our Sales teams to focus on what they do best: closing deals and growing customer relationships.

What you'll be responsible for:

Your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:

Planning & Forecasting

  • Coordinate monthly sales forecast reviews to support the S&OP process
  • Share insights on monthly performance and forecasts with senior leaders
  • Build annual volume and margin plans by customer and product

Sales Performance Analysis

  • Analyse historical sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assess pipeline performance and its impact on sales results
  • Conduct customer margin analysis

Customer Retention and Recovery

  • Support Sales teams in recovering lost customers by providing visibility on customer performance
  • Identify trends to mitigate losses and follow up on recovery opportunities within the pipeline

Pipeline Management & Governance

  • Promote a strong pipeline culture across the Sales organisation
  • Develop pipeline training materials
  • Support governance, KPIs, reporting, and continuous pipeline improvement initiatives

Sales Governance & KPIs

  • Prepare materials for sales meetings and governance forums
  • Support the definition, tracking, and communication of annual Sales KPIs

Supplier & Stakeholder Governance

  • Coordinate supplier governance meetings
  • Prepare materials for key deliverables across the year

Reporting

  • Deliver ad-hoc and regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

Languages

  • Fluent in English to be able to make strong relationships with all teams in Europe and carry out most of the tasks in this language
  • Fluent in Spanish

Experience

  • At least 3 years' experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or FP&A
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience working with BI tools, preferably Power BI

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Power BI expert level
