As the Operations team, our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all our stakeholders. We supervise all Operations-related topics — from event execution and logistics to merchandising, partner operations and internal processes/tools.We are looking for an Operations & Merchandising Analyst who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds the way to get things done This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works.
About the Role:Participate in cross-functional projects focused on improving operational performance, with a strong emphasis on merchandising processes such as forecasting, pricing, stock control and logistics.Assist in the launch and expansion of merchandising operations in new cities and countries, coordinating requirements across logistics, procurement, finance, marketing and onsite teams.Manage day-to-day project tracking, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, deadlines are met and blockers are escalated early.Support the creation of forecasting models, P&Ls, pricing analyses and sales dashboards to inform decisions around stock, margins and demand planning.Assist in redesigning and optimising merchandising workflows, helping automate processes related to inventory, logistics and reporting.Identify inefficiencies across merchandising and operational processes, proposing data-driven solutions and improvements.Collaborate closely with internal teams (Originals, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Onsite Ops) and external partners to coordinate tasks, gather requirements and ensure execution consistency across markets.About You:
You have 0-2 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, merchandising or similar)You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.You are fluent in Spanish and English.You have experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.Having previous experience in logistics, operations, retail or merchandising is highly valuedHaving previous experience in preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs is highly valuedHaving experience with ERP systems, POS tools or logistics/stock management software is a plus.You have strong project management skills and are capable of coordinating tasks with multiple stakeholders.You embrace change and you create it We are a fast-growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes.You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsYou have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Benefits & Perks:
