At Factorial, we're looking for a passionate
Junior Partner Account Manager
to join our fast-growing team and help us take the company to the next level
In this role, you'll focus on supporting our Italian Partnership Program, with a primary emphasis on resolving administrative tasks like fixing billing issues, managing invoices, and structuring collaboration with partners while ensuring smooth communication with clients.
The Role
As part of the Strategy team, you will be responsible for
onboarding new partners
, ensuring that the partners and their clients
use the platform to its fullest
, and gathering
customers' feedback
. One of your greatest challenges will be to
make sure
our product can be
fully adapted to the client's needs
. This requires you to perfectly
adapt to the client
, understand their processes and problems, and detect possible
improvements
and opportunities in the
product
.
What will you be doing:
Build
strong client relationships
and understand their requirements through regular video calls in order to create engagement and provide them with product updates.Provide
after-sales support
to
retain
customers.Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries.
Onboard our new Italian partners
by assisting them via video call and e-mail until they are fully trained.Help the partners to implement Factorial to their clients.
Bring a
consultative approach
to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.Understand our
client's problems and needs
and gather their
feedback
.Share
improvement points
that can help us create the best
customer journey
and
unlock the market.
Your Profile
Proactivity
: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing FactorialFast Learner
: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updatesProblem-solving
mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clientsGood
sense of analysis
: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solutionSpeak native-level of
ItalianFluent
EnglishPrevious experience
as an
Onboarding Specialist/Implementation
owner or
Payroll
is highly valuable.Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus
