What You´ll Do:Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
Log call details in our management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements.
Maintain expert knowledge of our products and applications to provide accurate guidance.
Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met.
Is proficient or bilingual in Norwegian and has an advanced level of English.
Puts the customer first and has exceptional customer-care skills.
Can effectively qualify customer needs to provide comprehensive support.
Has working knowledge of IT platforms, Windows, and MS Office applications.

Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract with a rotating schedule Monday - Friday: 09:00- 18:00 (with 2 Saturdays per month)
