This is a compelling opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager, to continue to grow in an exciting, fast growing category, with significant scope for future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Take full P&L ownership for your account portfolio.
  • Lead and manage strategic commercial relationships across our customer base.
  • Support the management of key channel retailers, driving collaboration and growth.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies aligned with GPN's objectives.
  • Lead annual negotiations, account planning, and performance reporting.
  • Build a deep understanding of each customer's business strategy, priorities, and objectives.
  • Partner with customer marketing to drive sales growth through best-in-class visibility, promotions, and execution.
  • Collaborate with our category team to position GPN as the category captain across accounts.
  • Represent GPN at customer events, forums, and other key engagements.
  • Work cross-functionally with demand planning, finance, and customer service to ensure operational excellence.
  • Own and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key customers.
  • Align closely with online channel managers to support a cohesive omni-channel approach.

The Skills you will bring to the team

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing key accounts.
  • Experience in the sports nutrition or FMCG industry (desirable, not essential).
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with data platforms such as Nielsen, IRI, CPM, and internal sales data.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious.
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
  • Excellent planning capabilities and adaptability under pressure.
  • Creative, energetic, and results-driven mindset.
  • Problem-solving orientation with an innovative approach.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
