What we're looking for
We are seeking a junior professional eager to learn, support the CEO and executive team in strategic and operational projects, and grow within the company. This position initially covers a maternity leave, with the possibility of continuing afterwards.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO and executive team in planning and tracking strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate in data analysis and KPI monitoring.
- Support market, financial, and operational research to inform decision-making.
- Help coordinate departments to ensure efficient project execution.
What we expect from you
- 0–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in SaaS or technology (not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of project management and data analysis.
