About the position

As part of the firm's growth plan and being part of the Management Support service line, we are looking for 100% operational and independent financial professionals to partner with business leaders to shape financial strategy and growth across diverse projects, with the flexibility of part-time engagements.

We are building a selective network of senior Interim CFOs to lead high-impact transformation, restructuring, and growth mandates for mid-market companies in complex situations. This is a unique opportunity to join an elite network of Interim CFOs, delivering strategic impact through high-level, project-based engagements.

This professional will receive support from all the service lines of the firm and from other entities within ECOVIS International (i.e. audit, consulting, legal, tax, accounting services).

As a CFO this person could have the following responsibilities (based on the project's requirements there could be some variations):

§ Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute the company's strategies.

§ Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to drive business growth.

§ Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure profitability.

§ Manage relationships with investors, banks, and stakeholders, ensuring robust financial governance.

§ Implement data-driven decision-making processes to improve cost efficiency and optimize margins.

§ Provide leadership to finance, accounting, and procurement teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

§ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

What professional background are we looking for

§ Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.

§ Postgraduate studies in business management and finance will be considered a plus.

§  At least 10 years of proven experience as Chief Financial Officer in organizations facing complex financial challenges, and in high-growth environments requiring strategic financial leadership.

§ Willing to travel temporarily as required by the client's project location.

§ Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and monitor
KPIs
to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.

§ Experience in crisis management (i.e.

§ Previous experience as interim manager working with several time-limited projects will be considered a plus.

§ Previous experience in corporate finance (i.e. M&A, alternative financing) will be considered.
