Description

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute transformation roadmaps in partnership with leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic priorities (e.g., HR technology modernization, talent processes, operating model changes) into structured programs with clear deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between HR initiatives and broader enterprise transformation goals.

Project & Portfolio Management

  • Establish program governance, track progress, manage risks/issues, and report status to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools that improve service delivery and data-driven decision making.

Change Management

  • Develop and execute management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Lead communications, stakeholder engagement, and training programs to support workforce readiness.
  • Measure change effectiveness and adjust plans as needed to maximize impact.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and business units to ensure strong alignment and smooth execution.
  • Facilitate workshops, decision-making forums, and cross-functional working groups.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence without direct authority.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in HR transformation, change management, or enterprise program management.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs in HR environments.
  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SF, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong program/project management skills (PMP, Agile, Prosci certification a plus).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and storytelling.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive clarity and execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
