¿Qué podrás hacer?
Desde el equipo de Finance Strategy & Operations nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Manager en nuestras oficinas de Madrid.
En un contexto en el que la disrupción digital y de negocio requiere una mayor agilidad y capacidad de adaptación, acompañamos a los CFOs en los procesos de transformación para optimizar organizaciones, sus procesos y sus operaciones, convirtiendo a Finanzas en un partner estratégico para el negocio y motor de transformación para el resto de la compañía.
¿Qué necesitas saber?
- Experiencia previa de al menos 6 años, en el área de Transformación Estratégica de la Función de Finanzas
- Diseño e implantación de nuevos Modelos Operativos (CSCs, GBSs, CoEs, etc)
- Reducción de costes mediante la reorganización del área de Finanzas.
- Business Case y análisis de viabilidad, con foco en la valoración y seguimiento de inversiones y ahorros capturados en la fase de implantación.
- Experiencia en optimización y rediseño de procesos financieros con enfoque End-to-End (Purchase to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash, Plan to Perfom, Acquire to Retire…).
- PMO en proyectos de transformación asociados a tecnología
- Conocimiento y manejo de soluciones digitales para la mejora de funciones y procesos financieros (Process Mining, RPA/MA, Gen AI, etc
- Gestión de equipos.
