POSITION PURPOSE

We are looking for a
Finance Transformation Analyst
to join the
Group Corporate Finance team
, reporting directly to the
Finance Transformation Manager
.

This role will support global finance transformation initiatives, contributing to the analysis, redesign and optimization of key finance processes — especially
closing, reporting and consolidation
— across international markets, with a strong focus on
UK, USA, South Africa and Malaysia
.

The position is ideal either for a
consulting profile (3–5 years of experience) or someone that has been involved in process transformation initiatives
in privately held companies, eager to grow within a multinational environment and gain exposure to complex, international finance transformation projects.

Location

Preferably Madrid or Valencia (Spain).

Geographical mobility (national and international) is required.

Strong interaction with international finance teams in English-speaking markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process analysis & support
  • Support the analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, helping to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and accounting risks.
  • Finance process improvement
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving and standardizing finance processes related to closing, reporting and consolidation.
  • Financial reporting & consolidation
  • Support activities related to financial consolidation under IFRS in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
  • Transformation projects
  • Contribute to global finance transformation projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and local finance teams.
  • Change & adoption support
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools, ensuring proper adoption by finance and accounting teams.
  • Automation & tools
  • Support the use and implementation of ERP systems, consolidation tools and digital solutions to improve efficiency and data quality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of professional experience
    , ideally in:
  • Consolidation and reporting
  • Finance Transformation
  • Audit / Accounting Advisory
  • Consulting (Big 4 or similar firms highly valued)

Solid understanding of:

  • Accounting closing processes
  • Financial reporting
  • Basic consolidation principles (IFRS exposure is a plus)
  • Experience participating in finance transformation or process improvement projects.
  • Advanced English (C1 mandatory)
    — daily interaction with international stakeholders in UK, USA, South Africa and Malaysia.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset and willingness to learn in complex environments.
