What You´ll Do:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers youll be the key driver of growth across mid-sized accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and design smart account strategies.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored tech solutions, including PCs, headsets, displays, and care packs.
- Lead meetings with decision-makers, manage pricing discussions, and close deals that make an impact.
- Act as a trusted advisor for your clients guiding them through renewals, upselling opportunities, and long-term success.
What You Bring:
- C2 or fluent German + advanced English.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management (preferably in tech).
- A proactive hunter mindset confident in prospecting, cold outreach, and building pipelines.
- Ability to understand business needs and turn them into tailored solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Base salary: 19,000- 22,000 (euros gross/year) + performance bonus.
