What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our German-speaking clients, primarily using phone and digital channels.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Proactively identify new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial lead qualification through to successful deal closure.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our high-tech products/services to effectively communicate our value propositions and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings are always competitively positioned.
  • Reporting: Track all sales activities, update customer information accurately, and prepare regular sales forecasts using our CRM system.

Who We're Looking For: Essential Requirements

We need someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact:

  • Language Skills: You must be Bilingual German (C2) for client communication and have B2 English for internal documentation.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience (e.g., Inside Sales, Account Management, Business Development).
  • Legal Status: Must possess a valid Spanish Residence Card or EU ID that permits working legally in Spain.
  • Core Skills: Proven track record in negotiation, communication, and presentation. You must be highly organized and excellent at time management.
  • Industry Interest: A strong interest in or prior exposure to the High-Tech, IT, or Telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.
