What will be your mission?Join our B2B Digital Strategy team, a pivotal force of our company's priorities. Your role within our team involves not only achieving daily objectives but also analyze our systems and tools to enhance their performance. Your insights will guide improvements, shaping our digital future. Join our B2B Digital Strategy team, a key driver of our company's transformation. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in digital project management, platform optimization, and user experience, while collaborating with international teams. What will you do?As part of the B2B Digital Sales team you will be responsible for the B2B Digital Sales tools and website worldwide
Admin tasks: support with
- Analyze the performance of our systems and tools
- Create user management manuals for our tools
- Pro-actively perform UX test on our B2B Digital platforms
- Assist with training of the business units and ensuring all projects are correctly updated and communicated to all teams.
- Ensure response to JIRA issues
Business:
- Assist on Improving the look and feel of the tools
- Ensure we communicate the tools accordingly to the business objectives
- Developing, analyzing, and updating corporate data to understand performance of our tools and the business
- Developing reports and presentations to support Management Decision Making Process
- Updating and securing the time planning of current projects and activities
EXPERIENCE
None required
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma on International Bachelor in Business Administration, Tourism, Trade, Project Management, or Marketing
- High level of English and Spanish (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office,TMS, etc).
- Strong interest in digital tools and project coordination.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Jira and SAP TMS or similar is a plus (not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI.
