En la Division de Pharma& Healthcare buscamos un Business Development Manager para multinacional lider de Logística, especializado en el sector farmaceútico, basado idealmente en Madrid.

Buscamos un perfil comercial de servicios logísticos a laboratorios farmacéuticos, fabricantes de dispositivos médicos (MedTech) y a empresas del ámbito de Healthcare.

Será una pieza clave para impulsar el crecimiento de la división de Healthcare en España.

Entre sus principales funciones:

  • Prospección y desarrollo de negocio en el área de Healthcare.
  • Gestión del ciclo comercial completo, desde la generación de leads hasta la negociación y cierre de acuerdos.
  • Diseño de propuestas en conjunto con los departamentos de Solution Design, operaciones e ingeniería soluciones logísticas adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente (almacenamiento, distribución, transporte especializado).
  • Relaciones estratégicas y sólidas con decisores clave (Directores de Supply Chain, Operaciones, Compras).
  • Análisis de mercado para anticipar oportunidades.
  • Coordinación con equipos multidisciplinares locales e internacionales.
  • Desarrollar las estrategias de ventas establecidas.
  • Cumplimiento normativo: Asegurar que las soluciones cumplen con los estándares GxP, GDP y normativa sanitaria.
  • Identificar y contactar a clientes potenciales a través de diversos canales.
  • Preparar informes de ventas periódicos y actualizar la base de datos de clientes de manera regular.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio B2B en logística farmacuetica.
  • Perfil hunter.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones estratégicas a largo plazo.
  • Nivel alto de inglés
