Role Description
The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst is a full-time, on-site position located in Barcelona. The role involves managing and optimizing the end-to-end billing process, overseeing invoicing procedures, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst will analyze financial data, generate reports, and maintain communication with clients to resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies. Additionally, this position will collaborate with the finance team to improve workflows and support strategic financial initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Billing Process and Invoicing
Proven Analytical Skills and proficiency in financial data analysis
Solid understanding of Finance concepts and practices
Excellent Communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficiency with accounting tools and financial software; experience with ERP systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Work experience in a fast-paced, globally minded or technology-driven environment is an advantage
