We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist join our HQ Finance Team in
Barcelona
. If you are looking for a dynamic, international and diverse team as well as opportunities to grow, you are in the right place.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
- Update account status records and collection efforts.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
What you need to be successful:
- Proven experience as an Account Receivable/Collection Specialist or similar role.
- French
and
English
Fluency. Spanish is a plus. - Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection.
