Digital Marketing Specialist

to develop the strategy for attracting potential users to our platform.


What do we expect from you?

  • Attract potential users (teachers) through our acquisition channels.
  • Automate processes for acquiring new users (teachers).
  • Optimize the content of campaigns aimed at acquiring new users (teachers).
  • Optimize existing channels and identify new expansion/growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Inbound Marketing.
  • Provide support to markets such as the UK or France as well.
  • Define audiences and optimize budget allocation.
  • Optimize teacher acquisition landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Report on analytical results, including interpretation and optimization proposals.
  • Weekly/biweekly reporting on the political, cultural, and economic situation of the different target markets.
  • Develop A/B tests across different acquisition channels, as well as new channels and markets.

What we need from you?

  • Education in Digital Marketing or a degree in Business Administration / Economics with a professional interest in digital marketing.
  • Minimum of two years of previous experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Languages: native/high level of German, good level of Spanish and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the German education sector.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools focused on acquisition and market analysis, digital campaign creation and management, and digital analytics: Semrush, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Familiarity with the SEO environment.
  • Strong command of Excel.
  • High analytical and organizational skills, as well as a strategic mindset.

  • Permanent full-time contract (38h/week).
  • Flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8h-9h to :30h, Friday intensive from 8-9h to 14-15h.
  • Intensive working day at Easter, Summer and Christmas.
  • 25 days holiday + day off for your birthday.
  • Hybrid working mode: 3 home office days and 2 office days + 1 Friday per month.
