La persona seleccionada formará parte del equipo de actividades de posventa, con las siguientes funciones:

  • Brindar asistencia integral y de alta calidad a clientes mediante correo electrónico y atención telefónica, asegurando una experiencia eficiente y satisfactoria.
  • Diseñar y gestionar cotizaciones y ofertas técnicas para entidades internas y externas, incluyendo repuestos, repuestos con montaje y proyectos de Retrofit, así como la correcta carga de pedidos en los sistemas correspondientes.
  • Proporcionar soporte especializado a Technical Partners en el uso de la plataforma E-commerce, impulsando la migración de clientes potenciales hacia este canal digital para optimizar procesos y mejorar la experiencia de compra.
  • Reducir retrasos en la entrega de pedidos mediante un seguimiento proactivo y la gestión oportuna de reclamaciones sobre pedidos pendientes, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos acordados.
  • Elaborar semanalmente el Scorecard de repuestos y actualizar el Dashboard de seguimiento, asegurando la disponibilidad de información precisa para la toma de decisiones y el control de ofertas y pedidos.

Requisitos:

  • Educación: Valorable titulación universitaria
  • Valorable: SAP, Salesforce, Power BI.
  • Inglés: mínimo B2
