En Serras Collection, seguimos impulsando nuestro crecimiento y es por ello que buscamos incorporar un/a Sales Director que se responsabilizará de la promoción de nuestros hoteles Luxury & Lifestyle en mercados clave de Europa, USA, Centroamérica y Sudamérica, dentro del segmento Tour & Leisure. Además, fortalecerá relaciones con partners clave para seguir consolidando a la marca como referente en experiencias premium.

Responsabilidades

Definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial de Serras Collection.

Impulsar la venta corporativa del sector T&L en mercados clave tanto a nivel nacional como internacional: Europa, Estados Unidos, America Central y Sudamérica.

Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de relaciones con consorcios de lujo, partners clave y DMCs.

Trabajar con el Revenue Manager para maximizar el RevPar, ADR y GOP y supervisar las estrategias de todos los canales de venta (directo, OTA's…)

Negociar acuerdos comerciales y contratos marco.

Analizar mercados, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y fortalecer el posicionamiento de marca.

Representar a Serras Collection en ferias, eventos y acciones comerciales tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.

Realizar seguimiento de objetivos, presupuestos y resultados comerciales.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en una posición similar en hoteles de lujo o lifestyle de 5*
  • Dominio profesional de español e inglés tanto a nivel oral como escrito.
  • Sólido conocimiento del mercado leisure en hospitalidad de lujo o lifestyle 5* y de agencias o canales de distribución de alto nivel como Virtuoso, Preferred Hotels…
  • Perfil estratégico, con alta orientación a resultados y capacidad de negociación.
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
