Dutch Speaking Business Development Representatives

We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Present and promote company products and services
- Manage the sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Requirements:
- Dutch language proficiency at C1 or C2 level
- English language proficiency at C1 level
- Minimum 20 months of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
