Locallista is hiring a
Sales specialist
in Barcelona- a key role focused on growing our local network of quality service providers. You'll be responsible for identifying promising businesses, presenting our platform's value, and guiding them through the onboarding process.

You'll be joining a startup team of dynamic and passionate people and become a part of a mission to help small and medium businesses thrive while improving the service experience for the city's international community.

This is more than a sales role, it's about creating real connections, supporting entrepreneurs, and being part of a platform that delivers real value.

About Locallista

Locallista is a startup that launched first in Lisbon in 2024 to make life easier for expats by connecting them with trusted local professionals, from tutors and stylists to plumbers and accountants.

After strong traction in Portugal, we've expanded to Barcelona and we will soon launch in Madrid. Our model is based on trust, quality, and community-driven growth- and we're just getting started.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to qualified local service providers
  • Present Locallista's value clearly and persuasively
  • Guide businesses through the full onboarding journey
  • Ensure new partners feel supported and confident on the platform
  • Represent Locallista in the local ecosystem with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in English, Spanish (additional EU language German, Italian, French, Dutch or Greek as a bonus)
  • Proven sales experience and/or account management background
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A relationship-builder who is naturally persuasive and trustworthy
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on results
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations in parallel
  • Based in Barcelona, with a good feel for the city's service landscape
