Estamos en búsqueda de una persona para ser la primera línea del cliente y el enlace clave entre el Contact Center y los equipos de Producto de inversiones.

Responsabilidades

  • Atender y asesorar a clientes en consultas sobre productos de inversión, ofreciendo respuestas precisas, claras y con un enfoque técnico.
  • Formar y acompañar al Contact Center, asegurando que el equipo esté siempre preparado para ofrecer una atención de primer nivel en nuevas funcionalidades, procesos o productos.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Inversiones y Tecnología para la detección y traslado de incidencias o mejoras que impacten en la experiencia de cliente.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación operativa y formativa, contribuyendo a la estandarización y eficiencia de los procesos.
  • Supervisar y entrenar el chatbot de inteligencia artificial, garantizando que las respuestas sean coherentes, rigurosas y alineadas con la filosofía de inversión de la compañía.

Requisitos

  • Conocimiento sólido en productos de inversión (carteras gestionadas, fondos, capital riesgo…).
  • Experiencia en banca digital, wealth management o fintechs de inversión.
  • Capacidad para explicar conceptos financieros complejos de forma clara y didáctica.
  • Mentalidad analítica, orientación a resultados y enfoque en la mejora continua.
  • Experiencia previa formando equipos o diseñando materiales formativos.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de CRM, gestión de tickets o automatización.
  • Familiaridad con entornos ágiles y herramientas colaborativas.
  • Interés por la inteligencia artificial aplicada a la experiencia de cliente.
