Your Contribution: Drive Growth in the UK Region

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence across the UK region. You will work closely with Alex, founder of Fleet and Peter, Managing director:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership
    : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in the Netherlands, focusing on medium to large enterprise accounts.
  • Revenue Generation
    : Take ownership of your sales targets and contribute significantly to the region's revenue goals through new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Customer Success
    : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Market Intelligence
    : Provide valuable insights about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape our product and service offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    : Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful implementations.

  • You are a
    proven sales professional
    with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships.
  • You have 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hardware-as-a-service, or related technology services.
  • You bring experience in solution selling and have a consultative approach to understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • You are comfortable with complex sales cycles and can navigate multiple stakeholders within large organizations.
  • You are data-driven and analytical in your approach to sales strategy and execution.
  • You are native in English
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
