Role Overview:

We are looking for an
Account Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have experience in an advertising agency or a similar environment, as the role requires managing accounts in English on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help manage client relationships, assist with account coordination, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Handle daily communication with clients: follow-ups, approvals and updates.
  • Assist in managing timelines, budgets and project deliverables.
  • Support senior account managers in coordinating with creative, strategy and production teams.
  • Help prepare briefs, presentations and status reports.
  • Ensure all information flows clearly between teams.
  • Participate in creative reviews and internal meetings.
  • Coordinate suppliers, freelancers and production partners when needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience
    in a creative or advertising agency.
  • Positive attitude with a "doer" mentality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and keep projects on track.
  • Good knowledge of Keynote/PowerPoint, Numbers/Excel, Pages/Word and Google Workspace.
  • High-level of
    English
    is a must. Good level of
    Spanish and Italian
    is required.
