Fundada por ex-Google, Goldman Sachs, ACT Commodities y AWS, en Sostelia Group acompañamos a las empresas en España a acelerar su transición energética, optimizando su consumo energético y financiando sus proyectos de eficiencia energética mediante los Certificados de Ahorro Energético (CAEs). Nuestra misión es reducir el impacto ambiental y mejorar la competitividad de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades

Como Business Developer, serás responsable de:

  • Identificar nuevos clientes para nuestras soluciones de eficiencia energética
  • Realizar prospección activa a través de cold calling y redes sociales
  • Proponer soluciones adaptadas a las necesidades energéticas de cada cliente
  • Acompañar a los clientes durante todo el proceso de obtención de los certificados CAE, desde el diagnóstico energético hasta la implementación de las soluciones
  • Negociar los contratos y asegurar el seguimiento comercial
  • Colaborar con equipos técnicos para maximizar la satisfacción del cliente y los resultados energéticos y financieros
  • Participar en eventos del sector y mantenerte al día sobre las normativas y tendencias del mercado

Requisitos

  • Estudiante de negocio/AD o ingeniería, con interés en el área comercial
  • Valorable experiencia previa en ventas, consultoría o en la eficiencia energética
  • Español nativo, inglés es un plus
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para crear relaciones de confianza
  • Capacidad de análisis y adaptación a las necesidades del cliente
  • Autónomo, riguroso y orientado a objetivos
