Qué harás:

  • Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades comerciales
    en empresas industriales, tecnológicas o centros de innovación.
  • Comprender las necesidades técnicas del cliente
    y traducirlas en soluciones personalizadas.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería e I+D
    para preparar ofertas, propuestas y presentaciones de alto nivel técnico.
  • Liderar el ciclo completo de venta:
    prospección, cualificación, presentación, negociación y cierre.
  • Participar en ferias, eventos y misiones
    , representando soluciones tecnológicas punteras.
  • Fidelizar clientes existentes
    , actuando como interlocutor técnico y estratégico a largo plazo.
  • Aportar inteligencia de mercado
    y colaborar en la definición de la estrategia comercial y de posicionamiento.

Qué buscamos:

  • Grado o Máster en Ingeniería (Electrónica, Industrial, Mecatrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Física o similar).
  • Experiencia previa en
    ventas técnicas B2B
    ,
    preventa
    ,
    consultoría tecnológica
    o
    gestión de soluciones complejas
    .
  • Conocimiento de alguno de los siguientes ámbitos:
    fotónica, robótica, sensórica, automatización, software industrial, IA o electrónica avanzada.
  • Capacidad para
    comunicar de forma técnica y estratégica
    , tanto con perfiles de ingeniería como de negocio.
  • Habilidades de
    negociación, presentación y gestión de relaciones a largo plazo.
  • Orientación a resultados, iniciativa y curiosidad tecnológica.
  • Inglés fluido
    (imprescindible para trabajar con clientes internacionales); otros idiomas, un plus.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
    según la naturaleza del proyecto o región de actuación.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop business opportunities with industrial companies, technology firms, or innovation centers.
  • Understand clients' technical needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to prepare offers, proposals, and high-level technical presentations.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Represent cutting-edge technological solutions at trade shows, events, and business missions.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as both a technical and strategic partner.
  • Contribute market intelligence and collaborate in defining commercial and positioning strategies.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Physics, or similar).
  • Previous experience in B2B technical sales, pre-sales, technology consulting, or complex solution management.
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: photonics, robotics, sensors, automation, industrial software, AI, or advanced electronics.
  • Ability to communicate both technically and strategically with engineering and business profiles.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset, initiative, and curiosity for technology.
  • Fluent English (required for working with international clients); other languages are a plus.
  • Availability to travel depending on the project or region.
