From LHH, we are recruiting for a leading international industrial company a
Marketing Communications Manager.
This role will ideally be based in Alicante, but we are open to candidates based in Madrid who are
willing to spend two days a week in Alicante

This person will be responsible for leading the teams in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, with a strong focus on developing brand content strategy and marketing campaigns.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan aligned with the company's global strategy, and coordinate some initiatives across Europe (promotion of new products…).
  • Define the brand content strategy to be executed in relevant markets and develop and carry out marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events…).
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to design and execute all aspects of the marketing plan in order to maximize brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage the marketing budget for Spain and Italy, allocating resources efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Build, lead, and guide a team of marketing professionals, providing direction and support to drive their professional growth.

Requirements and key competencies:

  • Proven leadership in team management, with experience working with remote teams.
  • More than 8 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in go-to-market campaign design and marketing communications.
  • High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
