We are looking for a Marketing & Communication manager for IWC in Iberia, based in our offices in Madrid. In this role, you will be responsible for adapting the On/Off international Marketing & Comm. strategy while creating plans and actions adapted to our market. The position has 4 main pillars: strategy, brand awareness, trade marketing and brand management support & team management. It will play a key role in the success of the Brand, reporting to the Iberia Brand Director and working closely with the Commercial Department and Headquarters in Schaffhausen.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**

**STRATEGY: Following global strategic guidelines, define & adapt marketing strategic plan for Iberia**
- Together with the Brand Director, create the annual omnichannel marketing strategic plan for Iberia
- Implement our Client Experience in Retail and Wholesale
- Elevate brand perception while focusing on reaching sales target

**BRAND AWARENESS: Define and execute the Event, PR and Media Plan, together with the PR/Media team & agency**
- Lead the local digital marketing & SoMe strategy
- Lead the local IWC events considering brand awareness, impact and ROI
- Animate our network of PR, ambassadors and VIP. Manages relationship with Press.
- Support our internal retail team with PR activities

**TRADE MARKETING: Together with the Sales & Retail Manager define the trade marketing plan per account and Retail activation plan**
- Set up and implement a Boutique Marketing plan.
- Define VM annual plan achieving excellence. Optimize visibility
- Together with the Sales Manager, builds development plans per each wholesale account
- Supports CRM campaigns in Retail and helps on the developing of CRM in Wholesale
- Oversees the Shop in Shops projects
- Analyzes ROI of every action and provides with insights and recommendations to the rest of the organization
- Training : Implements VM training program together with Sales & Retail Manager

**BRAND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT & TEAM MANAGEMENT: Team managment, performance and profitability of the market.**
- Responsible for the annual marketing budget and optimization of the Marketing & Communication investments (A&P + S&D + CAPEX)
- Produces regular reports for better management decision-taking on ROI, competitors & market updates
- Engages, develops and leads the marketing & communication team

**YOUR PROFILE**

Bachelors or Masters in BA, Marketing or a relevant field

Minimum of 5 years in an equivalent position

Experience in luxury preferred

Excellent interpersonal communication

Analytical & entrepreneurial profile that, creatively, seeks growth and identifies new business opportunities

Team player who enjoy developing others

Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese/French would be a plus.
