Desde la división de Ventas y Marketing en WeHunt, estamos buscando un Senior Communication & Marketing Manager para una importante ONG cuya misión principal es el cuidado y la protección del mundo animal. Principales tareas: Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de comunicación externa de la organización. Gestionar la imagen y reputación corporativa, asegurando la alineación con los valores fundamentales de sostenibilidad y pesca responsable. Preparar y distribuir comunicados de prensa, declaraciones y contenidos para medios especializados y generalistas. Coordinar la comunicación interna para mantener a los empleados informados sobre iniciativas, proyectos y logros. Desarrollar planes de comunicación para afrontar posibles incidentes que puedan afectar la reputación de la organización. Actuar como portavoz oficial durante situaciones críticas. Supervisar la presencia digital de la organización, incluyendo sitio web, redes sociales y contenidos multimedia. Desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de comunicación alineadas con los objetivos comerciales y corporativos. Habilidades y requisitos clave (H/M/D): Título universitario en Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas, Periodismo, Marketing o un campo relacionado. Perfil multitarea, acostumbrado no solo a la coordinación sino también a la ejecución. Más de 3 años de experiencia en comunicación corporativa, preferiblemente dentro de ONG. Experiencia demostrable en relaciones con medios, comunicación de crisis y gestión de reputación. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés. Valorable Portugues. Capacidad para desarrollar y ejecutar planes estratégicos de comunicación a través de múltiples canales. Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de networking para establecer relaciones con medios, instituciones y ONG.
