About the Rev-celerator Graduate Programme

The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers in fintech. Over this 12-month programme, you'll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one. With structured training and hands-on experience, you'll grow your skills while exploring different areas of the business.

About the role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We're looking for an analytical Risk Manager Graduate to support defining and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) across markets.

You'll gain exposure to risk reporting, contribute to global governance documentation, and help create materials that strengthen risk awareness across a high-growth fintech environment.

The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We'll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply).

What you'll be doing

• Gathering and synthesising data for global risk reporting and governance materials
• Supporting the development of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS)
• Creating materials to promote a positive risk culture and awareness across the organisation
• Managing project tasks and documentation related to framework adherence and policy dissemination
• Assisting in the identification and mitigation of new and emerging risks

What you'll need

• To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM subject, business administration, economics, or finance
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and communication skills
• Full-time availability from September 2026

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Python, or R
• Previous internship or project experience in risk, governance, or finance
