Job Description
Our team is looking for a Project Controls Risk Manager to join our team in Madrid.
If you have experience in project planning & risk management within the pharmaceutical or industrial sectors, we'd love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Risk Management service and advise project and programme management.
- Lead dynamic risk workshops and collaborate with the project management team and stakeholders to assess, identify, prioritize and mitigate risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with project management, scheduling and cost teams to integrate risk insights.
- Conducting Quantitative Schedule and Cost Risk Assessments (QSRA / QCRA) to support forecasting and decision-making.
- Develop risk registers and track mitigation actions to reduce project uncertainties.
- Proactively supporting risk owners to completing mitigation actions.
- Support decision-making by providing scenario analysis and contingency planning.
- Ad-hoc visits to the construction site to provide team support, lead workshops, nurture relationships and assess the progress of the project.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on creating scalable solutions and team development.
- Qualifications
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of PMO and project controls with a focus on scheduling and risk management.
- Skilled in Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse or Safran.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Have a passion for building a global team and fostering employee development.
