At Axpo, we are building a new Group Internal Control System (ICS) function to ensure financial reporting integrity while supporting our ambitious goal of a climate-friendly future. As ICS Manager, you will drive IT control effectiveness and lead the shift towards a data-driven control environment. This is your opportunity to shape the future of our internal controls across Axpo Group.

What you will do:

  • Develop and oversee the IT General Controls (ITGC) framework across the group
  • Ensure ICS requirements are integrated into relevant IT systems and major IT projects
  • Conduct periodic ITGC reviews to monitor control effectiveness
  • Design and implement data analytics for continuous control monitoring
  • Drive automation of internal controls and develop ICS performance dashboards
  • Evaluate and implement appropriate GRC tools and emerging technologies like AI

What you bring & who you are:

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT controls, ICS, or IT audit
  • Strong knowledge of control frameworks (COSO, COBIT) and ITGC best practices
  • Proven expertise with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Ability to drive change and engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus, other languages welcome
