¿En qué consiste el Programa de Graduates?
Desde el área de negocio de Serveo estamos buscando 50 universitarios/as recién graduados/as en Ingeniería y Ciencias Sociales a nivel nacional, cuya misión será colaborar y dar soporte a los gestores/as en la organización de los contratos/servicios asignados, planificando las operaciones y supervisando al equipo de trabajo.
¿Cuál será tu rol?
- Mantenimiento de las instalaciones industriales asignadas en cada una de las rotaciones (facility management, mantenimiento y producción, data center, consultoría industrial, etc.).
- Mejora continua e innovación: identificación, diseño e implantación de mejoras a nivel técnico y operativo de la mano de los mayores expertos a nivel nacional en metodologías LEAN aplicadas al sector industrial
- Gestión de equipos: planificación del servicio, selección, capacitación, etc.
- Gestión económica del contrato asignado
- Gestión comercial de los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades, compartiendo propuestas de mejora o resolviendo incidencias.

¿Qué buscamos?
- Recién graduados/as en Ingeniería Industrial (Tecnologías industriales, eléctrica, electrónica, energía, mecánica, organización industrial o similar) hace menos de 3 años.
- Valorable máster en ingeniería.
- Valorable experiencia en prácticas en otra compañía, voluntariado y estancias en el extranjero.
- Nivel alto Paquete Office.
- Nivel alto de inglés (B2).
- Foco en el Cliente, Empuje por obtener resultados, Colaboración, Comunicación e Influencia, Pensamiento crítico, Creatividad, Aprendizaje continuo.
- Posibilidad de realizar un contrato en prácticas.
- Disponer de carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
