Role Overview:

We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with businesses to create customized advertising solutions, boost their online growth, and achieve measurable success through Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult clients on personalized online advertising strategies aligned with their business goals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while supporting overall team performance
  • Build strong client relationships through expert advice and consistent support
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to design data-driven ad campaigns
  • Optimize digital strategies for better results and higher return on investment (ROI)
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and new technologies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs proactively

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C2 level)
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising
  • Eager to learn and grow
