We are currently looking for a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our talented team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid/onsite role, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while developing your skills in digital advertising. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will be a key player in helping clients achieve success with their online advertising campaigns, all while contributing to the company's growth.
Position Overview:As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to new clients in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region, assisting them with launching and optimizing their PPC campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, set up campaigns on our platform, and provide continuous support to ensure campaign success. Your role will be critical in driving customer satisfaction, campaign performance, and upselling opportunities.
This is a hybrid/onsite position based in Barcelona. The company will provide all necessary equipment, including a laptop, software, and tools to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities:- Client Onboarding & Campaign Setup: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients. Guide them through the onboarding process and assist them in setting up their first PPC campaigns on our platform.
- Campaign Optimization: Regularly monitor the performance of client campaigns, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend and implement optimizations that increase the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns.
- Consultation & Strategy: Understand clients' business goals and objectives, then propose tailored PPC strategies and solutions to help them achieve success. Provide ongoing consultation to ensure clients get the most value from their campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, ensuring that clients meet their KPIs. Provide insights and suggestions to improve performance, while building strong relationships based on trust and collaboration.
- Client Support & Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues they may have with their campaigns. Offer timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction and continued success.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features that can help clients achieve their goals and enhance their campaigns.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, sales, and technical support, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals.
- Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features on the platform. Continuously develop your knowledge of digital marketing and apply this expertise to better serve clients.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken. You must be able to effectively communicate with German-speaking clients.
- Education: A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience can be an equivalent substitute.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or a similar role. Familiarity with PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer success. You should be highly motivated to help clients succeed and build long-term relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide insights for optimization. You should be comfortable working with performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Self-Motivation & Target-Driven: A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently while meeting individual targets and deadlines. You should be motivated to exceed client expectations and contribute to the team's success.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to identify and resolve client issues promptly while providing effective solutions to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
