About the Role:
As a German Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll empower new clients to succeed with their first online advertising campaigns. You'll work both individually and as part of an energetic onboarding team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a trusted consultant for customers, helping them build effective PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns
  • Identify, understand, and address the unique needs and objectives of each client
  • Drive client growth by increasing spend, upselling, and ensuring long-term campaign sustainability
  • Manage a high volume of new client interactions each day, primarily by phone
  • Collaborate with an international, supportive, and fun team

What Were Looking For:

  • C2-level German proficiency; high level of English
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written), especially for pitching ideas and crafting proposals
  • Results-driven, with a strong motivation to meet and exceed targets
  • Analytical mindset, excellent time management, and organizational skills
  • Passion for client success, digital marketing, and teamwork
  • Thrive in a fast-evolving, multicultural environment
